Extra-thick (12.5mm) pizza stone for all of our portable units and home oven use. This new stone is designed to hold more heat, stay hot longer, and heat more evenly. Now 10% thicker and made of Cordierite. Handles extremely high heat.
Full of invisible micropores which absorb excess moisture from the dough, avoiding the sogginess that often occurs with metal pans. This stone distributes heat evenly for optimal cooking, producing a uniformly browned crisp crust on your pizza.
Fits all brands of ovens except 12" - 13" square cooking stone. Can also be used alone inside any oven.
